Standard Tenancy Terms

For avoidance of doubt, the standard tenancy terms are:

• One year lease
• One month rental deposit to confirm lease
• One month advanced rental payable upon move-in
• Working professionals only (no kids, students or unemployed persons)
• Maximum 2 persons per room only
• S-Pass, EP, PR all welcome
• All races welcome
• No loud noises
• No pet
• Light-cooking please
